MY DUTIES:
- Drafting of contracts for contingent workers
- Negotiating the commercial side of the contracts with External partners
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding the specifics contract
- Ensuring that the Hiring Managers are supported with the onboarding process and are following the correct onboarding process
- Liaising with Legal to ensure contract complies
- Tracking contract through to signature workflow
- Notifying Managers regarding the progress of each contract
- Ariba Approvals, referencing back and reviewing the contracts
- Ensuring internal approvals are in place prior to onboarding Contingent workers
- Looking after the extensions of the CW contracts
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS Office (required)
- Strong communication skills in English; German advantageous
- Ability to follow systems and process
- Ability to build strong relationships across the organization
- Ability to think ahead and foresee problems and issues with potential hires
- Baseline understanding of the recruitment process – Internal /External
- Knowledge of Swiss Labour Law
