JOB TITLE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Business Process Re-Engineering (Sourcing)
- Define and Standardize Sourcing
- Sourcing Process Improvements
- Writing Standard Operating Procedures
- MRP data Analysis
- Facilitate Training in Sourcing Processes
- Identify and fix process gaps in ERP system for sourcing process
- Fix data issues causing delays in sourcing process
- Leverage best practice from other GE sourcing process
- Facilitate Lean/VSM workshops for sourcing activities
- Supplier OTD analysis
- Develop standard procurement reports to track teams performance and supplier performance
- Support  fulfillment

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelors Degree
- Prior work experience in Supply Chain/Sourcing process 
- Facilitation Skills
- Prior experience with Fulfillment/Operations

DESIRED:

- Degree in supply chain/Operations
- Lean six sigma certification

Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Supply chain, Sourcing, Data Analytics, Lean/Six sigma/Reengineering
