Sourcing Contract Manager

Stamford Consultants AG is a European recruitment specialist company with headquarters in Switzerland. For one of our clients in the financial sector in Zurich, we are searching for a Sourcing Contract Manager for a contract role, who has the desire to work in a rapidly changing environment. The position will give the opportunity to gain experience in a highly successful financial institution where you can have a direct impact on the success of the contracts and gain valuable experience at the same time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsibility for the development and execution of the firm's sourcing strategy
- Maximization of the value derived from the third party agreements
- Management of complex international service agreements to ensure that the firm receives the expected deliverables within the agreed upon cost, quality and time schedule
- Maintenance of ownership of and accountability of contracts the assigned contractual agreements
- Management of disputes with third parties on the contractual financials and legal terms

IDEAL PROFILE

- Degree in f.e. in MBA, Business Administration, Economics, Procurement and Supply Chain or other similar
- Previous experience with post signature contract management for complex ITO or Cloud agreements and established vendor management frameworks
- Knowledge of in outsourcing methodologies, contracts and commercial models
- Strong conceptual, negotiation and analytical skills
- Effective Stakeholder Management, experience in facing Senior business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision
- English fluent written and spoken
