RECRUITER/SOURCER needed for a six (6) CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Glendale, AZ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This Recruiter/Sourcer will partner and provide support to internal full life cycle recruiters. This role will primarily be responsible for the FRONT END OF THE RECRUITING PROCESS (reviewing applications, sourcing passive candidates, phone screening.)
- SR. Recruiter/SR. Sourcer who will partner with Recruitment team in supporting recruiting efforts for various INTERNAL CORPORATE POSITIONS ACROSS ALL BUSINESS UNITS AND LOCATIONS.
- This Recruiter/Sourcer will develop and execute a recruitment strategy that leverages our recruitment functions, tools, process and policies.
- This role will partner with Internal Recruiters to source, screen and qualify candidates for Corporate positions across Corporate Functions (Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Global Initiatives/Internal Strategy Teams).
- Creates and maintains a continual/active flow of candidates by utilizing advanced Internet searching skills, cold and warm calling, networking, database mining, referrals, social/business websites, and other non-traditional avenues.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong client-service, organizational and follow-up skills REQUIRED
- SOURCING EXPERIENCE, EITHER IN-HOUSE OR IN AN AGENCY.
- Experience supporting Corporate/Professional order activity is a must.
- Three (3+) years of in-house or agency recruitment sourcing experience with preference given to supporting a high-growth, high-change environment.
- Experience executing the following stages of the recruitment process; sourcing strategy, target development list, identifying, sourcing, screening.
- Demonstrated success driving successful placement in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- PRIOR SUCCESS IN DIRECT SOURCING AND RECRUITING VIA A VARIETY OF METHODS.
- Strong strategic and creative thinker who can put recruitment strategies into actionable plans and who may execute on those plans.
- Experience recruiting/sourcing for Insurance and IT positions highly desired, but position could be supporting clerical, finance, marketing, and call center positions.
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEMS IS PREFERRED.
