RECRUITING COORDINATOR/SOURCER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Sumter, SC.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill positions; schedules and coordinates the applicant process; scheduling and administering testing if required, handling travel arrangements ensuring proper reference checks, education verification, and background checks are conducted.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Prescreens candidates. Create and present questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and including the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
- Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensures candidates understand this process and assist as needed.
- Coordinate college recruiting initiatives and attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition. Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
- Assist with presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs. Assist and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data. Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters. Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
- Prepares and process new hire packages, updates applicant log, coordinates new hire orientations. Maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
- Assist as liaison between the Company and the third party contingent workforce agency.
- Main contact for managers and contingent workforce vendor; follows up with the contingent workforce agency to acquire data from them including hires, terminations, manager and cost center changes.
- Assists in managing project based assignments, some of which will be outside of core area of responsibility.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- HS Diploma/GED: Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
- Three (3+) years of experience in staffing with strong sourcing background.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills and experience in Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
