Sonographer Galway
Senior Sonographer Required on Behalf of a Hospital in Galway City, this is a fulltime role 40 hours per week for 9-12 months.
Requirements:
Have the diploma of the College of Radiographers (Diagnostic) or have a Bachelor of Science or its equivalent in (Diagnostic Radiography).
Qualification must be recognised and validated by the Irish Institute of Radiography.
Must possess a post grad in Ultrasound
Minimum of 2-3 years post qualification experience in Ultrasound.
Able to work in the on call service.
Demonstrate experience of working with a team of Radiographers.
Have proven ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
Have a high capacity for responsibility and individual initiative.
Experience in a broad range of general ultrasound and vascular scanning.
Flexibility in role and take on additional duties as required.
