Solutions Marketing Manager

SOLUTIONS MARKETING MANAGER/GUILDFORD/£250-£350 PER DAY/6 MONTH CONTRACT

Morson International are currently working with a globally known organisation who are looking for a Solutions Marketing Manager to work on a 6 month assignment for them based out of their offices in Guildford.

Note: Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates are required to hold a valid SC clearance prior to starting. Candidates who do not hold current SC clearance must be willing and eligible to undergo clearance. Current processing time for new Security Clearances is approximately 12 weeks.

The position will involve the following:
* Key to this role you will be developing product/solution messaging, liaising closely with product management and industry SME's across our Financial Crime and Fraud propositions.
* The role is responsible for managing the launch of new products/solutions to market and working strategically to develop the product/solution propositions.
* You will be responsible for writing content for collateral and marketing campaigns/programmes working with the product/solution teams and the regions for Financial Crime & Fraud.
* Must have an in-depth understanding of the financial services market ideally with a specialism in fraud, compliance or financial crime, and prior experience marketing to this sector.
* Work closely with the central marketing communications team to ensure the effective execution of campaigns by providing content and consistent sector messaging and proposition messaging working with product management teams.
* Provide support to the positioning of financial crime to key audiences (customers, analysts and media) in the financial services space working with the PR and AR teams.

Requirements:
* Must have deep domain knowledge of the financial services market and ideally Fraud or Compliance or Technical Marketing background
* Excellent writing skills and proven content development skills
* Will develop relationships with key and relevant product managers/owners to:
* Understand market requirements and how the products and solutions can be configured/presented to solve specific pains/problems
* Understand and be able to explain target customer to marketing colleagues
* Develop understanding of how their specific product responsibility could leverage/support other product areas
* Working with key stakeholders across the business, develop appropriate positioning and messaging for financial crime and fraud, aligning between offerings where possible becoming the key point of contact for value propositions, content for materials/documents, presentations, sales enablement materials, web content, customer events and campaign content.
* Drive case studies and customer references from within the financial crime business and manage customer permissions
* Be a spokesperson and advocate for the business and marketing function
