Solutions Architect

Projektbeschreibung
Seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for a 6 month rolling contract in Dublin West.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Ensure that sufficient and standard designs are produced for every solution proposed such that implementation can be supported and the solution can be handed over to Support.
- Design and implement solutions based on existing portfolio eg Cisco, Avaya, Fortinet etc. which are underpinned by a solid understanding of IP Networking, WAN technologies, Route/Switch, Wireless and Security.
- Handover of project documentation in a formal manner to operations service colleagues and to Customers.
- Input to proposals and take a lead design role where specific technical authority is required.
- Provide clarity where technical & business complexity exists and be competent in highlighting solution options necessary to aid decision making.
- Production of high level & low level design documents.
- Assist in the closure of sales opportunities through the demonstration of technical capability and trusted advisor relationship.
- Maintain certifications which contribute to overall company technical accreditations such as Cisco ATP, Microsoft gold partner etc.
- Contribute toward collaborative mechanisms for communication amongst peers and engineering disciplines throughout the wider eircom group.
KEY SKILLS
- Experience - Min 12 years industry experience
- Industry Background - Comms/ICT/Consulting/SI
- Verbal & Written articulation of complex technical solutions
- Achieve relevant recognised qualifications such as CCIE, Multiple qualifications a distinct advantage.
- High and low level design for Route/Switch/wireless Solutions
- Security and Datacentre experinece is a plus
