The growth of collaborative and social technologies (collaboration, enterprise social networking, mobility and cloud) has started to fundamentally change the way businesses operate. Our clients are looking to understand how they can make use of new techniques to exploit the knowledge stored within their organisation and provide them with that competitive advantage.
As a Solution Consultant and trusted advisor you will be involved in the pre-sales, delivery and post-sales phases of customer engagements. This is a senior appointment to work within our Knowledge Management and Collaboration Practice requiring hands-on experience of tactical and strategic projects within organisations of all sizes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide innovative and agnostic industry advise to clients during the pre-sales, delivery and post-sales phases of engagements
- Evaluate potential value propositions through both internal and external research and consultation based upon industry trends, landscape, and ability to execute
- Help to develop compelling sales and marketing collateral and contribute to internal and external communications through presentations, white papers, blogs, etc.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Energetic professional having experience in a client facing role with excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of industry leading collaboration, social media, on-premise and cloud based solutions
- Experience of influencing at a senior level and articulating propositions and concepts to internal and external senior management
- Good organisational and project management skills, self-driven and motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Evidence of a strong interest in technology and its application to create business value and differentiation
- In-depth knowledge of Amdocs CES 7.5 and capabilities to talk with Business Users.
