Solution Specialist - SAP CRM Service

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a: SOLUTION SPECIALIST - SAP CRM SERVICE to bring detailed SAP Solution knowledge (functional and technical) for the design, development and delivery of our client's Retail template, including:

- Knowledge of CRM Service with emphasis on in-house repair and field service order
- Knowledge of ECC integration with CRM
- Knowledge of CRM integration with APO

Responsibilities will include:

- Translate business requirements into solution-specific detailed designs
- Define, document and execute configuration specifications
- Define and document functional specifications for RICEFW
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute detailed test scripts
- Execute test scripts and resolve test failures in collaboration with technical teams

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

- Experience working on large-scale and international projects
- Experience with CRM Service and ECC integration (CRM 7.0 ehp2)
- Knowledge of CRM - APO integration would be a plus
- At least 6 years of experience in CRM
- Experience with CRM in-house repair and field service
- Good understanding of E2E Service processes
- Extensive hands on experience configuring CRM Service Solution along with troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues
- Extensive experience working with custom development projects

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2014 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
