Solution Specialist QM

ROLE:

The main purpose of this role is to bring to the team the knowledge, skills & experience of the SAP solution in QM area.

QM program is covering:

* Quality management in Supply Chain (including Retail side)
. Consumer feedback management (capturing, analysing, improving based on Consumer feedback)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand & Analyze the business requirements to evaluate how to adapt in a best way SAP solution and leverage
- Translate business requirements into solution specific detailed designs
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Bring solutions expertise in specific applications or modules
- Manage all design, build & test related activities in all phases of the project
- Define, document and execute configuration specifications
- Define and document functional specifications for RICEFW
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute detailed test scripts
- Execution of test scripts in area of expertise and responsible for resolution of test failures in collaboration with technical teams

KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

- Strong SAP experience in terms of:

o Hands on solution (system) experience in SAP QM-QN and SAP CRM
- Accuracy and Commitment to agreed deliverables
- Very strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Very good English skills
