Solution Portfolio Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Working experience with JIRA, SharPoint and Ourspace
- Expertise in setting up a sustainable reporting framework
- Ability to report on project portfolio KPIs like resources, time and quality of deliverables
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Cross checking if the capacity planning is accurate and identify gaps
- Supervising operational report figures like delivery KPI/IMPM KPI/Monitors
- Setting up and maintaining the JIRA project to track the work on our solution portfolio
- Establishing SharePoint/Ourspace sites for our products
- Preparing meeting minutes and keeping track of action items of our team meetings
