Knowledge:

To be able to define B2B LG processes and documentation for operations including ticketing systems following E-Tom/ITIL; To be able to support ad-hoc activities like introduction B2B services within operations and engineering using project management (Prince 2) skills

Education/training: ITIL Skills:

Stakeholder Management; Facilitation, Process design; Planning and co-ordination To have experience of LG processes and LG systems; To understand LG projects methods and processes; To understand LG B2B product portfolio. Education/training: Prince 2

Operational Readiness

Day-to-day key accountabilities:

To facilitate the project and Operations teams in successfully bringing new services into live support. High Level and Low Level Operational Designs, support models, ops manuals etc to enable support of new products and services in life. Test plan with defined entrance and exit criteria for TFT, OFT and ORT phases. Operational readiness weekly reporting, governance board approvals and signed off operational acceptance criteria.
