Solution Designer - Revenue Assurance - Telco.

The Solution Designer will be responsible for leading the design for inter-block revenue assurance governance projects and also inter block components of wider programmes within revenue assurance governance at a large mobile telco organisation.

Key activities that Solution Designer will deliver include:

Defining customer focussed solutions within Blocks and understanding the Customer
Experience Defining serviceability/operability and capacity
Engagement and contribution to End to End Programmes and associated Workshops
Working collaboratively with AM block and supplier partners People Management (Lead/Principal...)

Summary

- Work with various project teams to clarify Revenue Assurance requirements
- Provide Revenue Assurance governance to these projects
- Support project for Revenue Assurance design impacts
- Perform gap analysis of data requirements
- Work through proof of concept in Revenue Assurance
- Support 3rd party on discovery day for changes required to MoneyMap
- Agree detail design, support build, test and implementation
