Solution Designer .NET/WCF/ASP.NET (S39)

Brand new opportunity looking for a Solution Designer for a 6 month contract opportunity in Sydney's CBD. My client is looking for a technical professional with experience in delivering design in large and complex enterprises. The main responsibilities held by the Solution Designer will include providing expertise to all levels of the SDLC, such as architecture, design and support. You will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of design, whilst keeping within scope and budget.

In order to be successful in the role you will require:

- A strong background working with Microsoft application technologies
- Experience in a lead role either as manager or team lead
- Experience delivering design in complex environments
- Ideally you will have experience in fund administration, superannuation or financial planning
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Solution design using UML
- Strong experience in application development using .NET/C#
- Strong experience in Web application development using ASP.NET
- Strong experience with WCF

You will need to have a passion and keen interest for broadening your knowledge in full end to end solution design and you will need to have proven experience in a leadership role, in order to guide a team on the full delivery.

In addition to this you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders, as well as take ownership of the role and deal under a pressured environment.
