ROLE: SOLUTION DESIGN (GENESYS) - CCT DOMAIN EXPERIENCE
JOB TYPE: 3 MONTHS CONTRACT
LOCATION: BARCELONA, SPAIN
START DATE: ASAP.
RATE: 300 - 400 EUR/DAY ALL INCLUSIVE (EXCL VAT)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Around 8-10 years of experience in the CCT domain and work on Genesys 7.6 & above, Avaya 5.2 & above & NICE.
* Consultancy experience of around 2-4 years and good understanding of CCT components like Inbound, Outbound, Reporting, WFM, Biz Intelligence, QM etc.
* Solution design experience on Genesys.
* Good communication skills and experience of handling UK based customers.
