Connect 44 are currently recruiting a SOLUTION DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR to work for a prestigious telecoms firm in SHECZHEN, CHINA.

The correct candidate will have a long work history in the TELECOMS SECTOR with particular focus BUSINESS SUPPORT SYSTEMS (BSS) projects.

Job Responsibilties:

- Creates Services/Offerings for the selected segments served by the service line/service area.
- Ensures the product developed aligns with the service family requirements and strategy, ensuring market relevance
- Drive profit by taking advantage of a common architecture for asset development and replacing labor with technology wherever possible.
- Leads development that will ensure that the region are able to sell, solution and deliver the service offering.
- Work closely with team members and their organizations to assure effective development of the service/offering and all required deliverables.
- Provide service IPD leadership and ensure development projects follow the service IPD process (prepare/vote at DCPs).
- Integrate and prepare materials for reporting decisions and reviews in all phases. Make suggestions on Go/Redirect/No Go of projects to the S-IPMT, Service-BMT, or Service-SPDT.
