Our client is looking for a Senior Solution Architect.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Integration of the Purchase Prices Solution into the client tax reporting and calculation 
- Delivers all necessary design and specification documents (eg System Context Diagram, Software Application Document, Program Specification, Change Code Description etc.) for offshore partner
- Lead implementation of defined components
- Design of a strategic solution with breakdown into implementable packages 
- Design and coordination of work packages  
- Responsible for documentation of all Solution Architect relevant artifacts (eg Software Architecture Document) 
- Alignment of application architecture with relevant standards and tax target architecture and other affected areas

YOUR PROFILE

- Strong SBIP know how especially in the area of DBH, DEGA, VEGA for designing a sustainable strategic Purchase Price Fixing solution
- Strong Securities and/or Tax Knowledge (eg Corporate Actions) is an advantage
- Expert in solution architecture and design
- Strong design and system architecture know-how, at least 10 years of experience
- Negotiation skills and dealing with different stakeholders
- Strong goal-oriented approach 
- Know-How of Securities and Corporate Actions
- German is a must 
- English is an advantage
- Java programming skills is a plus
