Solution Architect - BPM

He/she should have at least 15+ years of industry experience with 8-10 years experience in BPM and 4-6 years of experience in Appian implementation.

Expert knowledge of Appian versions till 7.3o J2EE Web Service so Integration Testing and Debugging rules

Should have worked in a BPM centre of excellence and aware of how to create one for an organization

Should be a thought leader in the Appian space and capable of setting architectural direction for Appian implementations.

Excellent knowledge of requirements analysis, estimation, architecting, designing complex rules.

Able to define best practices for Appian implementation.

Should be able to work very closely with both technical and functional people and act as Appian SME  Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an  excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies

Skill and Experience Details:

Solution Architecture (L2) 

Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements.

Identify the design areas and the integration point between these areas (atleast few of the design areas). Effectively track the integration points in the design to ensure there are no omissions.

Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options.

Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams.

Work with client >architecture teams in- defining overall solution architecture - procure >the enterprise standards that need to be followed - validate the  >non-functional requirements.

Present the architecture and design to necessary stake holders as required.

Working experience with common  SDLC methods (RUP, >Velociq).

Must have worked in atleast one medium complex architecture  Branding and Thought Leadership(L2)-Interact with Partners, Vendors.

External Forums for branding and thought leadership in the area of specialization.

Publish white papers, conduct Knowledge sharing sessions at WT level, advisory sessions to customers Innovative solutions Defining clear roadmap and strategies, Competitive analysis and product  marketing positioning.
