Solution Architect

Solution Architect required to work on B2B BSS and OSS projects.

The role requires knowledge in designing OSS and/or BSS architecture for telecoms operators - Customer care (CRM), Billing, Customer portals, Ordering/CPQ/Order management tools, also OSS - Provisioning & Assurance. Candidates will have ideally worked on both OSS and BSS but specialists in either will also be considered.

Other requirements:
Exposure to B2B is essential
Eager to understand in detail the existing landscape of applications, integrations, user and order flows.
High-level knowledge of B2B telecom products - mobile, FMC, Internet - fixed and mobile
Ability to create thorough solution design specifications covering the above aspects
Actual implementation experience of BSS and/or OSS B2B implementations
Experienced in creating high and low level architecture/designs
Good communication skills to both Business and IT people, both verbally and in writing (design documents and presentations)
Guiding delivery (development) and operations teams, interfacing with the Business on the requirements, interaction and handover to Solution Design, educating them of the solution, keeping track of the delivery and making sure it happens as per scope
Experience in an Agile environment
