Solution Architect

Solution Architect wanted within an international bank based in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Designing and implementing a regulatory reporting solution, including interfaces to the surrounding systems
- Coordinating activities in respect to necessary solution engineering as well as defining and planning of work packages
- Acting as a technical representation, advisor and contact point for stakeholders and suppliers
- Staying in close collaboration with the solution architects of the involved applications
- Ensuring adequate sounding of the solution options and proposals with architectural stakeholders
- Supporting Test Manager and ITPL in the test conception and test phase

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- 10+ years of work experience in the financial industry
- Proficiency with large projects placing requirements to many affected applications as well as in setting up regulatory reporting solutions
- Technical knowledge in implementation of data quality checks
- Ability to design & describe the end to end solution in collaboration with the solution engineers of the involved applications
- Solid experience in SQL, Interface Definition, ETL Tools, FTPS, secure cross border data transfers and DWH
- Familiarity with design tools such as MS Visio, Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect
