Solution Architect

Leading Global Solutions Provider requires a Solution Architect for a long term contract role based in Dublin. The Solution Architect is responsible for a wide range of architectural activities from requirements analysis through systems design specification and requires broad technical knowledge across multiple platforms, processes and architectures.

Other responsibilities include the following:

- Maintains knowledge of latest innovations/offerings and can position these with customers
- Understands IT as an enabler in the customer's business
- Influences client on issues related to the development of IT solutions.
- Leads technical teams in the solution of new and complex information technology problems.
- Ability to work across the broader team and third parties to develop architectures.
- Understands the commercial aspects of a project and solutions
- Understands and can articulate customer drivers and requirements in a complex business and IT environment
- Understands the IT outsourcing marketplace, including what our competitors are doing.
