Solution Analyst SFDC

K2 Partnering Solutions is urgently looking for a SFDC Solution analyst/Business Analyst (m/f) for one of his client:

In coordination with the other processes (Sales, Customer Care, I2P, PRM, Services ):
Help writing and clarifying the Business Requirements
First proposal of solution (salesforce.com technology + integration)
Workshop lead
Follow-up of the offshore build (clarifications, design review)
UAT follow-up (defect tracking, decisions on last minute changes)
Level 3 support
Coordination with SDH on all activities

Profile requested:
Salesforce.com expertise (Point and Click configuration, notions of Apex/Visual Force)
Knowledge of related business processes (sales, customer support, lead qualification, field services )
STRONG AND WIDE IT BACKGROUND
Experience on integration
Quick decision making
Problem solving in a multi stakeholder environment
Leadership
