My client is looking to the market for a Senior Solicitor within Social Care. This is a 9 month contract for a maternity leave cover.
In order to be considered for this role you must:
- Be an Adult Social Care and Mental Health Solicitor with experience in Judicial reviews.
- Be able to manage a busy caseload of complex and sensitive adult social care and mental health cases.
- Be able to deal with court of protection applications, deprivation of liberty applications, ordinary redsidence disputes and high court Judicial reviews.
- Be able to deal with clearing reports and advising the authority on social care policies.
