Software Test Technician

SOFTWARE TEST TECHNICIAN HILLSBORO, OR CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

This role is with a team validating the software device drivers on Microsoft Windows 8. This Software Test Technician will be responsible for test execution by following pre-defined test cases, prepare reports, supporting development team for debugging the issues.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execution of Software Tests
- Preparation of Test Results
- Supporting the Development team for debugging

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software drivers testing and debugging
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (especially in validation/testing)
- Experience in Windows 7/8 OS (preferred 8), knowledge of Windows Driver Model (WDM)
- Experience in testing device drivers
