The platform of the Company enables web publishers to manage, serve and evaluate virtually any kind of campaign including display, video and mobile formats. As part of a major redesign we will be implementing a number of new services that will allow them to deliver a new level of interaction with their partners.

The job includes design, implementation, test and documentation of features for the relevant frameworks. Ideally the candidate would have experience interacting with and testing against low level C++ and Erlang servers. Good knowledge of high performance , distributed systems is essential.

Key Role Accountabilities

* Lead the design and development of testing framework and technologies for the Company Delivery components
* Develop test patterns to evaluate the solutions for performance, scalability, security and reliability
* Contribute to the quality of the solutions by identifying issues in architecture,design and implementation
* Suggest and influence process improvements and act as a change agent for the organization
* As part of the Delivery team, work closely with the scrum teams to ensure that the architecture conforms to standards for testability,reliability, scalability, etc.?
* Contribute to our Agile development process as a scrum team member from requirements analysis and design up through final feature acceptance and deployment
* Continuously increase the coverage and complexity of functional test cases using C++ (CPPUnit) and scripting languages (Perl, Ruby, Python, etc.?)

Person Requirements

* Programming skills: C,C++,Java,Scripting (Perl,Python, Ruby, Groovy), HTML, CSS, Javascript,
* Operating systems: Excellent Linux/Unix skills , Windows
* Databases: MySQL, Oracle
* Experience working with agile methodologies would also be of benefit.
