Improve quality of components and/or software facilities for computer systems group. Focus on design, test specification, automation and monitoring. Should not only initiate and define actions but also help drive the execution

Job Description
Challenge members of computer systems group to improve software/test quality in all phases of V-model. Besides helping with hands-on testing, help with test design and test architecture. Create uniformity in test documentation and bring to higher level. Help component owners with defining system-, component- and unit tests and review results. Work with test frameworks and several off-the-shelf tools for load/stress testing. Help improve test automation and efficient utilization of our testlab

Education
Bachelor or master degree

EXPERIENCE
Must have experience:
ISTQB, TMAP
TestFrameworks
Software test
Software test design/architecture
Process improvements
Shell Scripting, Python
C Programming on linux/unix systems

Nice to have experience:
IREB
Defining test plan/reports, test process
Functional acceptance Test
Load/stress testing
Network knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS.IREB
Real Time Embedded development

PERSONAL SKILLS
Analytical, Independent, Drive/Initiative, Good verbal/written communication
