Software Technical Team Leader

Currently Templeton & Partners is looking for an Experienced SOFTWARE TECHNICAL LEAD to join one of our international clients for a position in EINDHOVEN, NETHERLANDS of 14 MONTHS with option of extension.

THE TASK

Templeton & Partners is looking for a strong communicative SOFTWARE TECHNICAL LEAD. In this role as a Technical lead you will be an inspiring technical leader for one of our software projects and lead a team of 10-20 software designers as team within a bigger project. It concerns Embedded C++ software that is responsible for controlling all movements of an X-ray system. Together with another Sr designer/architect you will lead the team in gathering the detailed user requirements, creating the software design, implementing and testing.

SOME OF YOUR KEY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Continuously improve quality
- Creating the software design, implementing and testing

OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR YOU TO HAVE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS IN:

- +/- 5 years of experience as a technical lead
- Flexible, open and inspiring attitude
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience with working in large cross functional agile teams
- Hands-on experience with C++ and a big code base

EXPERIENCE WITH THESE SKILLS ARE PREFERRED:

- Experience in a regulated environment
- Dutch language
- Experience with working in large cross functional agile teams
