Swisslinx is looking for a Software Supporter on behalf of one of our clients, a Swiss Bank.
In this role, you will be providing technical support for internal users and clients.
To be considered for this role, your CV needs to reflect the following points and attributes:
- HES Degree or equivalent
- Former experience in Technical Support
- Strong knowledge in Windows (especially Windows7)
- Good understanding of Citrix
- Fluency in German is REQUIRED
- French is an asset
