MY DUTIES:
-Take the ownership of release management for Internet of Things application software
-Management of the whole software development release lifecycle, from planning the release timeline in collaboration with partners till deployment to the target systems
-Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
-Full responsibility of seamlessly rolling out quality application software to customers
-Oversee the tracking of release KPIs as a basis for leadership steering
-Plan the risk management in the domain of release management
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Master´s degree in business information technology, information systems, computer science or similar
-Experience in release management, ideally for Cloud-based customer facing web or mobile applications in an Internet of Things setup
-Knowledge of agile development methodologies (eg. Scaled Agile Framework - SAFE) and process modelling
-Experience in applying DevOps methodologies in complex microservice environments preferable
-Solid understanding of deployment procedures and the underlying CI/CD tools (eg. gitlab, ansible)
-Fluency in English, German language skills are beneficial
