SOFTWARE RECRUITER JOB

Yoh RPO, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing services, is experiencing exciting growth, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Contract SOFTWARE RECRUITER based in GLEN ALLEN, VIRGINIA in support of our RPO client's hiring and project support needs.

GENERAL DUTIES: Our Recruiters provide recruiting support on our client's site and are responsible for meeting individual placement objectives by sourcing, assessing and presenting candidates. The recruiter provides strong strategic support to the business by consulting on the process, compliance and expectation setting.

JOB DUTIES: Consult and advise hiring managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and advise on effective candidate assessment/interview techniques

Review job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for Internet job postings and target niche sites

Review job descriptions prior to Intake in order to act as a consultant to the manager during meeting (ie Suggest changes to job description, highlight potential non-compliance situations, get fuller picture of the position, etc.)

Schedule and/or conduct Intake Sessions with Hiring Manager within 48 hours of being assigned position

Develop with Client management team effective sourcing strategies to be initiated by recruiter

Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and drive them to the appropriate job folders

Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill & cultural fit

Consult with candidate and Hiring Managers throughout interviewing process to ensure best fit and candidate experience

Assist in developing and presenting Offers to candidates and creation of Offer Request to Staffing Specialists

Request, receive, and deliver feedback from HM's to candidates in timely manner (48 hour turnaround).

Maintain knowledge of the business supported and market demographics

Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR management to ensure hiring requirements are met

Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts

Consistently update applicant tracking system and hiring managers in a timely manner

Ensure OFCCP and BrassRing Compliance

Have the ability to meet or exceed performance measurement metrics

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Prior Full-time or Contract Recruiting experience in a Corporate environment

Experience recruiting in a Product Development environment

Strong experience specialized in the recruitment of Software professionals including, but not limited to: Core Java Engineers(Front End/Back End), UI/UX Engineers, Architects, Mobile & Collaboration Researchers, Machine Learning, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Advanced Platform Engineers

Experience Recruiting in the Bay Area for specific Software Development talent a must

Strong Internet and PC experience required

Excellent MS Office Skills, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word are required

Thorough knowledge of creating Boolean Search Strings and using deep web sourcing techniques are required

Previous experience using ATS systems. Brass Ring Preferred

Effectively communicate with team, candidates and clients

Ability to create innovative and effective sourcing strategies are required

Must be willing to cold call into competitors to find talent and create pipelines

Thorough knowledge of OFCCP and is compliant

High volume Recruiting Required

AIRS Certification strongly Preferred

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of recruiting in a Software Development field

Bachelors Degree preferred, work experience in lieu of education also considered
