MY DUTIES:

- Managing the test automation suites across all products, including creating, maintaining, documenting and executing test automation scripts
- Develop, present and implement a testing strategy and standards
- Customise test packages for business applications using internal scripting languages and develop testing solutions for interfaces
- Define and maintain test automation scope and schedule for different testing types 
- Track and report test automation progress 
- Perform manual, exploratory and performance testing 
- Consult with key business stakeholders to understand processes and document the acceptance criteria 
- Collaborate closely with managers, project manager (agile), and software engineers to define best practices for testing applications (both internal and external facing)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Established IT professional with programming skills in Java/C# or other modern object-oriented programming language as well as globally recognized scripting languages
- A proven record of defining and implementing re-useable test automation frameworks in an Agile/Scrum-based development environment
- Knowledge of fixed-income financial instruments and banking business processes is an advantage
- Knowledge of Financial Messaging (SWIFT, ISO20022) and payments framework is a plus
- A hands-on, detail-oriented and practical approach to QA
- Comfortable communicating in both oral and written English
