Software Licensing Operations Specialist

Our client is a world leading technology company looking for a Software Licensing Sales Support to join their team in Reading on a contract until June 2013.

Role Purpose

The Licensing Operations Specialist supports the sales process by working as a team to create and support the processing of software licensing contracts for large and medium size customers. Duties include the creation of pricing proposals and contracts while providing quality assurance and processing support. The Licensing Operations Specialist will field Operationally related licensing queries, document requests, and resolve operational issues. The Licensing Operations Specialist will liaise with the Regional Operations Centres (ROCs) to ensure timely and accurate processing of all deals and continued improvement in processes.

Previous experience in contract validation and creation is preferable but not required. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly excel, an eye for accuracy, and a high level of attention to detail, being able to complete required tasks under high pressure.
