Software License Management Specialist

We are currently searching for a Software License Management Specialist to work in The Hague, the Netherlands for 4 months plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

Experience with:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Administer software license, maintenance & support renewals and new license purchases including:
a) Ensuring license is within defined scope of P&T software license management
b) Ensuring license, maintenance & support coverage renewals, true ups and true downs are completed according to agreed processes, on time and accurately.
c) Ensuring timely renewal & installation of license keys for end users to access software.
d) Obtaining approvals from budget holder/portfolio manager/application owner for license, maintenance & support renewals & new license purchases.
e) Obtaining quotes for license renewals & purchases from software publisher/vendor
f) Verifying software vendor quotes for license, maintenance & support renewal fees & new license purchases with Contracts & Procurement.
g) Reporting on renewal status, spend and cost savings information.

2. Determine License compliance position en coordinate license remediation.
3. Contribute towards increasing the maturity level of software license management
