IDPP is urgently seeking a Software Licensing expert to be based in Jakarta during 4 to 6 weeks reviewing existing software license agreements of a telco operator with telco vendors and building a software license framework which allows the operator to focus on:

License Cost transparency and License cost Optimization

Risk minimization (in terms of unexpected license costs, legal risks)

Provide tangible recommendation for quick win's/quick fixes
The candidate has to have experience in the IT/Telco sector dealing with software legal documents and working in ASIA or with International experience.
The project is planned to start on January in Jakarta (Indonesia) so the perfect candidate will be immediately available.
