Software Implementation Business Analyst Job

SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

- Experience working on Software Implementation projects

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide assistance to the Workday Business Analyst in the preparation of test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing
- Prepare global training materials by user role with guidance from the Workday Project Team and the regional training leads
- Assist system implementation partner, Project team, and key users in the preparation of the cutover plan for the Workday Go-Live
- Support key users during Workday testing by answering questions, teaching users to navigate in the system, troubleshooting issues, and documenting defects
- Assist Project team and key user in integration and regression testing
- Assist Project Manager on various project management activities, including updates to the plan, documenting deliverables, assist on presentations, etc.
- Participate in deployment strategy sessions and support deployment activities
- Participate in post-implementation support activities.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Experience with testing a global or multinational system is required

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday experience or other HRM/HRIS platform experience preferred
- Human Resource or related payroll system experience preferred
- Experience in training employees to use a new system is a plus
- Project Management experience is a plus
