Software Graphics Test Engineer

Yoh has a (12) month contract opportunity for a SOFTWARE GRAPHICS TEST ENGINEER to join our client in San Jose, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Software Test Engineer will be responsible for building and configuring a fresh operating system load.
- Software Test Engineer will be responsible FOR BUILDING AND DEBUGGING GRAPHICS DRIVERS.
- Software Test Engineer will be responsible for running a variety of manual OR AUTOMATED OPERATIONS ON MEDIA AND VIDEO PC products and carry over the DEBUG of these tests.
- Software Test Engineer will be responsible for making important distinctions between hardware and software related failures and then DOCUMENTING TEST RESULTS in a timely manner.
- Software Test Engineer will be responsible for helping determine overall health and release readiness of products under test.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. in ECE, EE or related subjects.
- Expert knowledge of C/C++.
- Experience with Windbg, Microsoft* debug tools, and understanding of modern PC design.
- Experience with video technology.
