Software Engineer (Splunk), (100%), Contract, Zürich

Our client is a Swiss leading financial institution, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a Software Engineer for a 6 months contract.

As a Software Engineer (Splunk) you would be responsible for the following tasks:

- Engineering Splunk 6 components
- Building packages in Linux RPM Format
- Create and execute manual/automated tests
- Updated/adjust current code fragments in Bash, Python and Java

Your profile:

- 3+ years' experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with Unix, Linux and Object Oriented languages (Java OR .NET OR C++)
- Log management know-how, preferably Splunk
- Working experience in the area of security
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
