Software Engineer Quality (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
-Maintain the definition of the means of compliance to the current regulatory standards applied in the Air Traffic Control industry.
-Maintain process descriptions and propose continuous improvement measures in order to increase efficiency.
-Support the adaptation of processes, procedures and standards in function of major changes foreseen to the organisational structure and evolution in the responsibilities and activities of the company.
-Interact with stakeholders both within the company and in other organizations, such as customers, so as to align processes and quality goals.
-Advocate a horizontal Total Quality culture among the team through an ongoing coaching, training and promotion of internal quality processes.
-Propose QMS updates in order to keep our flexible and user-friendly Quality System at the permanent service of both the highest quality and safety standards and the team global efficiency.
-Support consulting activities of our export market with respect to safety and quality.
-Perform verification of work products to ensure that quality standards are achieved.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Proven experience in the fields of quality processes, specifications, and test of mission-critical software. You are looking for a challenge in a complex technical environment.
-You are also very pragmatic with a mindset oriented on efficiency and productivity, as a responsible for the quality management of the company you will work with a highly qualified team.
-Extensive practice in the maintenance and implementation of a Quality system related to software development.
-Experience of software development processes in safety-critical environment.
-Experience of tools for the management of requirements, tests and for test automation.
-Practical experience of the implementation of Agile development methodologies.
