Software Engineer Mifare (m/f)

- Technical contact to main customers to improve the customer satisfaction
- Track and report product quality performance (error handling and tracking)
- Check product quality incl. customer documentation
- Understand software test plans, test cases, test benches and test bench execution
- Review test results and test coverage
- Push product improvements and support improvement projects
- Establish and improve the software test benches and test set-ups for complaint handling
- Experience in failure analysis and (embedded) software test techniques
- Experience in software development using programming languages C/C++, C# - preferably using MS Visual Studio
- Smart card (preferrably MIFARE) application programming experience
- Use of lab equipment like Oscilloscope
- Experience in software FMEA and preferably also 8D reports
- Mobility for customer visits and availability in case of crisis events
- Good communication, negotiation and organization skills
- Proactive and problems solving approach oriented – able to drive to conclusion
- Customer satisfaction motivation and mind set
- Able to work with autonomy but also in close collaboration with remote team members
- Degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science preferred
