Software Engineer (f/m)

Location:
Oldenburg area

Type of contract:
Permanent position

Duration:
18 Months with possible further extension of the contract period or transfer to a permanent position.

Your key tasks:
Development and improvement of software systems and software modules for the weapons of the German marine
Elaboration of request documents and support with the architecture and design of systems
Software implementation according to the request documents
Testing the implementation according to the provided test programs and documentation
Integration of complex systems
Support for the creation of the necessary documentation

Your profile:
Degree as engineer, computer engineer or similar
At least 2 years working experience
Good knowledge of the German language
Expert in the development with Linux / Cent-OS, VxWorks, SOLARIS
Sound knowledge of the programming languages ADA, C/C++, Java, Python
Expertise with Enterprise Architect, Eclipse, DOORS, Reqtify
GUI-Development UIMX, Java and QT
Experience with the structure, technology and processes of the marine (e.g. Tactical Data Link)
Technical knowledge of data distribution services (e.g. SPLICE-DDS) and interfaces (HDLC, NTDS)
