SOFTWARE ENGINEER - INTEGRATION is needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity for Yoh's client in Portland, OR.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Software Engineer - Integration will take part in hands-on software development and testing that will involve cellular protocol stack analysis, automation solution design and development, and testing.
- Software Engineer - Integration will also work on test plan development, test execution and test automation for both lab and prototyping tests for communications protocols.
- Software Engineer - Integration will also work as a part of a team to resolve issues arising from driver development.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Experience in network programming (such as TCP/IP Networking, socket communication)
- Experience in advanced programming, including object-oriented development, Java, C++, C
- Experience in Scripting programming, including JavaScript, HTML5, Python, Perl and bash
- Working experience with GIT, Visual Studio .NET C#,
- Good knowledge of Linux system administration, especially for the networking
- Proficiency debugging applications on Windows
- Experience in integration/testing/development of mobile broadband and/or cellular devices
- Good knowledge of mobile broadband/celluar (eg UMTS, LTE) protocol.
- Working knowledge of the throughput test methodology

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in Web application development that processes database and generates statistics graph.
- Good knowledge of LTE protocol is a big advantage
- Hands on experience in app development on Linux & Android environment.
