Software Engineer for Application Project Support (m/f)

-Implementation of new enhancements plus performing support and maintenance on existing solutions
-Provide technical guidance to the technical teams working with the product
-Definition and enhancement of workflow automation tools
-Streamline operational processes for Automation of Pega-driven applications and document proposals in order to have better consolidated and efficient solutions
-Analyse and define business requirements in accordance with operational and development groups' needs and provide detailed specifications
-Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the needed artefacts
-Ensure high quality software is delivered to users by driving e.g. the qualification and testing phase of the solutions and providing functional sign-off
-Ensure solution integrity by e.g. validating and prioritizing reported problems
-Identify non-standard aspects of implementation requests early in the implementation phase and build the required changes into the plan
-Request or configure changes to workflow automation tools if needed to cover new infrastructure components
-Analyze and validate end user requirements, for the purpose of developing and customizing solutions for the tools supporting the SPRINT process i.e. Pega, Capacity Planning DB etc.
-Provide technical leadership in the architecture, design and implementation of solutions
-Ensure solutions are accurately documented and when required provide training to users of the solutions created
-Pega PRPC System certification and Implementation experience
-Technical expertise in one or more of the Software Engineering disciplines, focused in the areas of BPM
-Project-management skills
-Expert in the Process Automation discipline
-In-depth knowledge of one or more Operating Systems
-Good knowledge of how the Process Automation discipline contributes to the business unit
-Coordination skills across business units
-Negotiation skills applied across business units at all levels
-Presentation skills
-Developed communication skills, ability to negotiate mainly internally and all levels
-Fluent English both written and spoken
