Our high-visibility client is seeking an Android Developer familiar with Android OS architecture as well as mobile application development for Android environments. Software development crosses multiple environments including a host environment of Windows, interfacing with data acquisition equipment, and Android applications running on smart phone target devices. Development also includes the user interface for report generation to consolidate and present large amounts of data into an easily human interpretable format.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum experience 2 years of demonstrated Android app development and deployment
- Experience with Java, and web development a plus
- Expert knowledge of C, C++, C# programming in Windows and Linux
- Previous experience and established track record with development, debugging and deployment of complex applications in a production environment
- Experience with SQL database application development or web development with ASP.NET a plus
- Some knowledge of electronic hardware needed for reading PCB schematics, reviewing circuit implementations, and understanding power calculations
- Other pluses include a working knowledge of ClearCase, HSD, Python, Perl, or MeeGo
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
