Software Engineer

One of our prestigious clients has a vacancy for a Development Environmental Support Engineer to assist with the management of the NMD software development environment.

Expected activities:
Be a key player for the evolution of the NM NTS Development Environment, more specifically for the development of the next generation of the SCM process and tools.
Participate in related projects to the selection and deployment of new tools in the Development Environment.
Support the SCM process by developing and maintaining CMA system (CC-Tools).
Support NTS developers using the development environment and tools.
Support COTS and tools integration into the development environment.
Contribute to the administration of IBM Rational ClearCase environment

Skills - must haves
Mandatory:
Excellent experience with SCM systems and procedures
Excellent experience in Scripting languages (ksh, Perl)
Excellent knowledge of Linux
Good knowledge of ClearCase and Git
Experience working with MS Office programs MS Word and MS Excel
Be a Team Player
Possess excellent communication skills
Be customer orientated and support minded
You must be fluent in English and French required

Desirable skills
Java development practices and tools: Gradle, Gerrit, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Eclipse
Experience with specific tools such as HP-ALM and SPARX Enterprise Architect
