Software Development Testing Lead

Manage test lead function and perform hands-on execution of tests for internal product development. The specific product is a Cloud-based, SaaS web application for public safety customers. Facilitate meetings with Development and Business Analysts, proactively understand testing scope, and resolve issues. Create an orderly process for testing both onshore and offshore. Review requirements and test cases and ensure coverage. Automate test executions using Coded UI, Quality Center and other automation toolsets.

SKILLS:

7 years of experience required. The ideal candidate will have deep experience leading test activities using the following technologies:

- Cloud platforms preferred (Microsoft Azure)
- HTML5 applications consisting of rich web user interfaces based on HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Familiarity with web application architectures
- Some experience leading test activities
- Familiar with white-box verification techniques
- Well versed with Visual Studio.NET-based debugging, SQL profiling
- Experience with performance, load testing using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET-based performance tools
