Software Development Engineer 3 Job

SDE3 (SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER 3) needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Seattle, Washington.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Software Engineer/Developer
- C# or C++
- Experience working with multi-player/casual games.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Develop implementation plans for new game features.
- Help write functional requirements and specifications.
- Develop features and code spanning multiple game clients and shared libraries across multiple titles.
- Responsible for client development and feature implementation throughout an existing C# code base.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other programmers to deliver new experiences, tools, and new features as they relate to acquiring, retaining and reacquiring players
- Work on a variety of game clients spanning mobile-, desktop-, and console-based platforms

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience as a systems, feature or client developer for multiple C# or C++ games.
- A good understanding of optimizing and finishing games.
- A passion for games and gaming, specifically casual games
- Five (5+) years of professional programming experience
- Five (5+)years C# and C++ experience

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Unity or Xamarin
- Experience shipping on iOS, Android and Windows Phone
- Experience optimizing
