MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Bachelors Degree and 6-7 years of related experience. Must have experience writing cross-browser HTML/CSS/JavaScript and knowledge of latest open standards. Must also have experience with responsive CSS, and responsive CSS frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap/Foundation. Strong JavaScript fundamentals and experience with client side MVC style frameworks such as AngularJs, Ember, or Backbone required.

NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with SQL

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our high-visibility client is looking for engineers who are passionate about presentation engineering and hands-on knowledge of core Java programming. The candidate will be responsible for adding new features and enhancing their in-house portal using some of the latest presentation frameworks highlighted above. Core Java fundamentals are also needed so that candidate can contribute to services and workflows as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required
- 6-7 years experience required
- Experience in writing cross-browser HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Knowledge of latest open standards such as CSS3 and HTML5
- Experience with responsive CSS, and responsive CSS frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap/Foundation
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and experience with client side MVC style frameworks such as AngularJs, Ember, or Backbone
- Experience with consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with Core Java Programming (1.5 onwards)
- Understanding of SQL as well as basic data modelling/design preferred
