Software Developer in Test Automation (SDET) Job

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER IN TEST AUTOMATION (SDET) needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ATLANTA, GA

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Software Developer in Test Automation experience
- Creating clean code from scratch
- Good debug skills
- 40% automation testing

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Partner with feature developers and other SDETs to build the tools and infrastructure to ensure production code is thoroughly tested to the highest standards
- Assist feature developers in stabilizing client code, build and deployments
- Create and modify client automated scenarios by using client Frameworks
- Create and maintain libraries and object repositories for Automation Frameworks
- Maintain and contribute to development of test stubs, tools to enhance manual test execution
- Partner with Testing Community to ensure they have tools for test execution

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Three to five (3 - 5) years TEST AUTOMATION DEVELOPMENT experience in Java, Ruby or an equivalent Object Oriented language
- Two (2+) Years Experience in writing SQL queries and strong knowledge in relational database structures
- Experience with VERSION CONTROL TOOLS like Git or SVN
- Demonstrated knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment best practices and BUILD TOOLSe., Jenkins, CruiseControl or Hudson
- Exposure to SOAP and REST
- Experience to engineering best practices in unit, functional and non-functional testing
