Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to provide technical leadership and solutions development to business problems which includes: implementing industry standard best practices, software analysis, technology recommendations, code development and debugging and maintaining technical solutions.

Job Description
- Mentor and lead other software developers in coding and design best practices
- Provide design specifications and documentation for solution delivery
- Lead, consult and collaborate with team members
- Research and recommend best practice for design, development using industry standards
- Maintain and enhance technical ability using self directed learning and training opportunities

Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in enterprise application development
- 2 or more years of technical leadership experience
- Expert knowledge of C#,.Net Framework, MVC, SQL, Web Services, SOA, Object Oriented concepts, HTML, CSS and dynamic web page languages
- Expert knowledge of SDLC paradigms and processes
- Knowledge of ERP solutions development
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and management
- Ability to lead technical team to solutions that best suit the business need
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to unique technical problems
- Ability to research for solutions
- Ability to mentor other technical staff
- Excellent organizational ability
